I am fee for service, private pay only licensed mental health provider. I take HSA or FSA account cards. I also offer a SuperBill for the services incurred that you mail or scan to your insurance provider for reimbursement Out-Of-Network.

Individual Sessions: $185 per session per 45-50 min session

Double Sessions: (2x per week) $370

Couples Sessions: $250 per 75 min session

Yes, all sessions are paid for by credit, debit, HSA or FSA cards via an app called IVY pay. Some insurance companies will reimburse via a superbill for out of network coverage. I am happy to provide superbills for the service.

Individual Sessions are 45-50 min long and are held at the same time each week. Depending on scheduling and availability they can be rescheduled outside of 48 hours of the session. Regular sessions are key to building consistent contact and secure safe space. There are certain instances in which clients may benefit from coming 2x per week that will be discussed when we create our plan together.

The first session should feel like you are sitting down with an old friend. I will be sharing with you more about therapy with me and discover best fit. I will also be asking you a variety of questions to get to know you deeply. Clients report a variety of experiences after their first session, such as “I felt relieved after getting that all off my chest.” & “I have never talked so much about myself.” It’s normal to experience a range of emotion from relief to shame or embarrassment. Whatever comes up is fair game and something to process in future sessions with me.

If you choose to meet online, We meet where you are at. From your favorite chair in your home or your car (safely) parked— I come to you from online and meet you right where you are. This therapy is for busy working professionals or parents who need support from where they are. No commute necessary. You start in my online waiting room. You will be greeted warmly by me through my virtual office space. Don’t worry we will still connect human to human and the healing will be transformative.

If you choose to meet in person, We meet in my sun filled office, that feels like your space located near hiking trails, coffee shops and even the airport in Phoenix, AZ. I look forward to meeting you in a warm relational space that was designed by me, with YOU in mind.

I stay update on the most current research on how to improve our work online and love getting creative as to how I can best support you. I use a HIPPA-compliant Telehealth Platform to ensure a smooth and easy session for us to meet in the comfort of your home. I am licensed in Arizona (1697), California (121790) and can provide therapy virtually to clients in Florida (TPMF1449).

• Consider your environment, make sure you are warm and comfortable, possibly light a candle before the session to signal a warm and secure environment as though I were welcoming you into my office.

• Make sure you are in a private location and will not experience unwanted interruptions.

• Make sure you have a secure WIFI signal so there will not be breaks in our session.
