Support when things feel stuck or strained

Sometimes you don't feel broken, just tired, frustrated, or unsure of what to do next. Whether it's within yourself or your relationship, here are some reasons people reach out:

  • You keep having the same argument. Or worse, you've stopped talking about the hard stuff altogether. I help couples and individuals break the cycle and learn to communicate in ways that actually land.

  • Your relationship looks fine on the outside, but inside you feel lonely. The intimacy has faded, and you're not sure how to get it back. I can help you find your way back to each other.

  • You're carrying more than you should—and it's showing up in your mood, your body, and your relationships. Let's work on building capacity to feel grounded, even when life is a lot.

  • New baby. New job. New city. Big changes strain even the strongest relationships. I help couples and individuals find their footing when the ground keeps shifting.

  • Something broke. Maybe trust, maybe a boundary, maybe just the rhythm you used to have. Healing is possible, and it starts with having someone in your corner who isn't afraid of the mess.

  • You've been running on empty for too long. You snap at your partner, you're short with your kids, and you don't feel like yourself anymore. I help you reconnect with who you are underneath the exhaustion.

Why Reach Out

Individual Therapy

You are the teller of your own story, and you deserve space to be heard. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a life transition, or just feeling stuck, I help individuals build self-awareness, heal old wounds, and move toward becoming the person you want to be.

Family Therapy

Parenting is relentless, and family dynamics get complicated. High conflict, life transitions, separation, loss—all of it takes a toll. I help families communicate better, increase connection, and create more comfort at home.

Where I can help

Couples Therapy

When you first fell in love, you didn't expect it to get this hard. The distance, the conflict, the feeling like you're roommates instead of partners. I work with couples to identify the patterns you've created and help you untangle the complicated dynamics of loving and being loved, so you can get back to the relationship you both want.
