About Emily
Your trusted relational resource
I help people navigate the complicated aspects of staying connected—to themselves, their partners, and their families—in a world that pulls us in a thousand directions.
Whether you're working through conflict in your relationship, recovering from past hurt, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I'm here to listen my way into your story and help you find a path forward.
My Values
My values keep me grounded personally and professionally.
Holistic
The soul feels most alive when body, mind, and spirit are connected and working together. I hold an awareness of this in every session, and it guides the healing work we do.
Inclusive
It's important to me that all parts of you have space to be seen, heard, and loved. The therapeutic relationship is meant to help you be more accepting of all parts of yourself. All individuals, couples, and partnerships are welcome.
Enlightening
The work of therapy is creating deeper self-awareness in order to live a more satisfying life. Our work will often help you make sense of your past so you can live more fully aware and empowered in your present.
Real
I'm a human too. Our relationship is a micro-environment for what you experience in your day-to-day life. I show up authentically so you can feel comfortable doing the same.
My Work
Working with couples, individuals, families with empathy & compassion
I work with couples navigating life transitions—new jobs, new babies, new seasons—and individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply. I've been married for 18 years. I'm a mom. I've learned some things the hard way and picked up skills that got me through the toughest times. I listen my way into your story and help you navigate the challenges you face with empathy, compassion, and collaboration.
